Working together to provide affordable housing

Working with local communities and authorities

Charter works in partnership with local communities and organisations to help maximise housing options within Section 106 negotiations. We serve on many housing forums and committees within local authorities. We assist them in assessing housing needs and in the development of planning policy that affects affordable housing provision.

Partnering with developers

We are creating joint venture partnerships with private developers. Our highly professional and efficient team brings a range of expertise to the table that can secure public funding as well as facilitating the development process with local authorities. We will consider 'at risk' forward funding for key opportunities and provision of overall estate management of developments.
